What equipment do I need?

✅ A chair to sit on and to help with balance work
✅ Hand weights that are light to work the arms (eg 500grams, 1kg, or 1.5 kgs)
✅ Stretch Band

✅ Mat or towel for doing floor based work

✅ Pillow for under the head when lying on the floor, or between the knees for inner thigh work

 Optional extras
✅ Heavier hand weights to work the legs (eg, 2kgs, 3kg, 4kg)

✅ Ankle weights (500grams, 1kg, 1.5kgs)

When is this class?

✅ Thursdays at 5:30pm for 30 minutes - once there are 10 in this class I will schedule another class on a Tuesday at 6pm.

What if I miss a class?

✅ I will record the session and send you an unlisted link via YouTube. You can only access this link if you have it, so no one else can see the video without the link
