One of my personal passions is to be in a beautiful garden setting, and what better place to exercise than in one of the many gorgeous parks in Melbourne. My favourite is Alma Rd park with all the open space and lush green lawns. Even Joseph Pilates recommended exercise outdoors. He believed in the health properties of feeling the warmth of the sun and the fresh air to keep health at optimum level.

Imagine staring up at the little white fluffy clouds as you do lie on your mat doing your leg stretches.

These sessions are 30 or 55 minutes in length.


We specialise in all types of restorative work including combating neck pain, relieving anxiety with movement and breath work, releasing overactive muscles. And we will have fun while we do it too!
