Enjoy sharing a Pilates session with just two or three others. A maximum of four in each session ensures you fine-tuning your technique. Each session will take you through a progression of exercises to challenge you, improve your strength and streamline your body. These sessions can be remote or in studio. Alternatively I am happy to schedule a small group session for you and two or three friends or family members.
